[s-cars] Blower Motor R&R

Good folks,

 

I've grown tired of driving around in the winter without heat.  So, I
decided to replace the blower motor by using Fred Munro's most excellent
write-up.   I am at the stage where the blower housing needs lifting to
remove the motor, but can't get the housing to budge.  I don't have the
suggested tool.

 

Any suggestions on alternative methods or tools that can be used to lift the
housing?  Anyone willing to loan the tool?
