I opted out of the company car program after 18 months of non-descript Fusion hell back in Feb.  Got into an '06 C6 A6QA 3.2 with 82K.  Fully optioned in black over black/caramel.  Now have 94K on the car with no problems.  Car has good power, is quite comfortable, and rides well.  I am very pleased with the vehicle, and would recommend it.  Will probably move to a '10+ A6 sedan 3.0T in three years when the car has over 150K on it.  Prices for the '10 and newer cars were still way out of my price range when I was looking.  Good luck.

Folks,

My wife's C4 A6 avant now has ~215K miles, and it's time to move on. :)

We're looking at the C5 A6, drove one over the weekend. Very impressive
generational move from the C5 (which I drive).

Anyone here have experience with the C6? Anybody know of a nice clean C6 in
the northeast? Looking for a silver car (sedan or wagon) with all the
goodies. No 4.2Šthis is for my wife. :)
