[s-cars] silicone coolant hoses

I didn't have any burst, but a car I bought where the PO had installed the
full set leaked despite careful tightening and high quality clamps.

I finally gave up and went back to stock- I can't recall ever seeing any of
them fail, and I've had S-cars with well over 200K miles.
