[s-cars] Electric Fan not working....

I second Peter's comments on the connection behind the driver's side
headlight. I had that exact failure last summer on my 95 S6 and it is
difficult to find it (took the headlight and windshield washer tank out
to open up access to the area (probably didn't need the reservoir out
but it did give me more room).
