[s-cars] Tire load rating and summer tire options

Yes, nota bene, I have 15k on my Potenzas and they show no signs of wear
yet. So I feel like 40-50k is a reasonable expectation.

My previous set of Dunlop summer tires was pretty shot by 20k.
