034motorsport has a replacement part for the throttle cam. You need
to make sure you don't lose any parts since it is only the cam
itself. If your zip ties will hold for a while you can probably find
a used part from one of the many cars being dismantled on the QW forum
and the marketplace on Audifans. This part has broken on several cars
apparently without human intervention; It is just a matter of the old
plastic part becoming brittle, just like many of the electrical
connectors and coolant adapters.

Stick with us, and the car too. You can get more input by just
posting on the UrS4/6 forum on QW, and maybe an unsolicited offer of a
replacement throttle cam.
