It's the coolant return line from the turbo. Special hose...don't go buy off
a generic piece of hose off the shelf. I had some but sold all the extra
off. Surely you can find someone here with a section of it because they only
sell it in sections much linger than you need.
You can do the job without removing the IM. Search the QW forum archives or
maybe list archives for instructions.

Subject: [s-cars] Coolant leak from under the intake manifold
Hello listers;
Looking for a bit of guidance, since the car is new to me. There is a
coolant leak coming from under the intake manifold, about where cyl. 3 is.
It is visible with the engine cold, evaporates once it warms up. FA shows a
water collector pipe there, with four openings into the head, one with a
triangular gasket, the other three with o-rings. Looks like the obvious
suspect.
My question is: can I remove the water collector pipe without removing the
intake manifold? Or would it be a better idea to take the intake out for
better access? If so, how involved is it - do I need to disconnect fuel
lines, etc?
Thanks.
Radek.
