[s-cars] Dashboard lights (OAT)

If you can wait until warmer weather for me to bother with doing the deed (too cold in my detached garage for a non- survival "repair") I will buy a few bulbs at the "local" (50 miles) independent electronics store which is and has always been what RadioShack used to be and more.
