I'm surprised there is so much discussion about the legality of
buying/selling/installing used CATs here.
To my knowledge we never had such a discussion about installing e-code
headlights.
It is much easier to get caught running euro headlights than a used CAT.

I would love to go full stromung, but I don't see myself keeping this car more than another year or two so I can't justify it. Any economical solutions to this issue? Besides just gutting the cat (I only drive about 3-4k/yr, but that still seems uncool).
