[s-cars] Speaking of Ross Tech...

I¹ve moved from Windows to Mac in the past few years, and the Ross Tech
application was one of the few things that kept a Windows laptop on my
shelf. Then I installed VMware Fusion on my Mac and have used it for poking
around.

I recently picked up an HP Stream Windows 10 tablet. $80 for an 8² tablet.
Runs Ross Tech beautifully, faster, I think than it runs on my Mac.

You can find a bunch of these tablets under $100. I grabbed the HP as it
included 200MB LTE data/month for life, free. Not sure what I¹ll do with
that data, but what the heck. :)
