[s-cars] UrS4 fuel line fittting

Mike, Jerry,  thank you very much! Two questions:  1)  Do I need to 
remove the the rail for drilling/tapping?  2)  To make sure I understand 
where right place for tapping is,  as it not visible on the picture:  
was drill bit co-axial with the largest dimension of the rail or 
perpendicular ?  I have no clue about walls thickness.
