[s-cars] VW antics

Amusing, or frustrating: last Thursday I booked a test drive in a Golf
SportWagen TDI manual for Saturday. I loved the car, but am I mad or
relieved that they couldn't sell it to me?
But aside from that I can speak to why I wanted a diesel: for fun! and also
because VW doesn't sell that car with the TSI, a stick, and any decent
options.
I am debating whether I really needed a big boot and am doodling on the GTI
configurator.
