[s-cars] Rear Brake Caliper Carrier

Patient is my 95 S6.

I was doing some maintenance on my rear brakes (new rotors, pads, bolts, 
lub. etc.) and I broke off one of the carrier bolts (the receiver for 
the caliper bolt).  I figured I just order a new carrier but am having 
difficulty in fond anyone who has them (except ECS at $206).  So my 
question is are the rear carriers on the 100/S4 the same as those on the 
S6?

Here's the part numbers I have in my ETKA:

S6 AAN -     447615425B

100/S4 -       443615425B

I can find the 100/S4 carrier for $40 at ECS and many other places but 
wanted to know if they are interchangeable?  They sure look similar to 
my untrained eye.
