[s-cars] Rear Brake Caliper Carrier

Thanks Darin but I've tried using an e-z-out without any success.  The 
bolt is rusted in there tight.  I'll let the penetration oil sit 
overnight and try again but if that doesn't work I've already got a used 
one ready to come from Chris Semple so I can get the car back on the 
road before the weekend.
