I have a set of the skid plates although I haven't got round
to fitting them yet.... They are very solid pieces, designed
to protect the oil pan, tranny and rear diff. I don't think
they will do much if anything to protect the front valence.
cheers, Mike

Jason,
In Europe, the skid Plates were optional. There are 3 available, one for the
engine, one for the transmission and another for the rear diff. The parts
numbers are:
Skid Plate, engine: 811 018 911 E
Skid Plate, transmission: 857 018 913
Skid Plate, rear diff.: 857 018 911
There is a lot of hardware involved that I did not list. These were still
available since the last time I inquired about them. If you are interested in
these items, please e-mail me off this list at audijim at audi5turbotech.com.
