You can use the UrQ cluster, the CGT plaque is held on with glue and will pop off with a screwdriver (use a quattro one from a 4000Q).  You will need all the harness-side sockets for all the new switches.  No new wires are required, but the new switches will not plug into the old sockets.  I might still have the diagrams I made around somewhere.  I think the pin numbers even stay the same.  I did the whole swap in a day.  Just make sure you get the center console from a 4000Q (not a CGT) as it is the wider of the two to fit over the center tunnel.
