[urq] Replacing bearing cast iron steering pump

Hi Phil, thanks for the reply. Not an easy job I presume without the hydraulic puller?!. PS I forgot to mention it's a pump from a '85 FWD CGT... Does your method apply to these also? I do have a source for a 'used' pump from the scrappers, would that be wise? Problem with the current pump is it makes a lot of tick tick tick noise when cold and I *suspect* it's the bearing. Could it be something else and how long will it last?
