Steve, order  857 711 995 A , it will work for the front or rear diff lockers on an URQ with minimal effort, and in any 4000 or 80/90 is that the number NLA? sure looks like a door lock servo from a 1981 w123 MickieBenZ, Bill

  A local shop just tried to order one for a customer's quattro, and the 
  dealers and other suppliers told them that they are NLA.  You used to be 
  able to get one (center or rear, don't remember which) and then modify 
  them to fit other applications by unscrewing the supplied attachment and 
  screwing on the appropriate arm or clevis for your specific application. 
    No more I guess...
