[urq] Dash Speakers

I removed mine with screw underneath - accessible if you pop out the vents(carefully depressing four tabs on upper and lower corners.  Then the assembly comes out and speaker can be replaced.  I think you risk breakage by trying to remove the grill - YMMV.

If you need one or a speaker, I have an extra since I just swapped out the dash for newer 4kq.

The mesh pops off with a screw driver, but be careful, the frame around the
mesh can crack very easily. The speakers are held in place with screws
underneath.
