[urq] 83 urq fuel problem

Had the same problem.  Turned out to be a bad oxygen sensor.  The cold
start could handle it, but once its realeased over to the CIS, it crashes.

BTW: The audi dealer had told me it needed a new distributor.  (A WHOLE
FRIGGIN DISTRIBUTOR!!!)
