[urq] 83 urq fuel problem

Just a shot in the dark......maybe there is some large resisitance in the
fuel pump power line (elec) so that after a few minutes of running the
resistance is too high and the pump isn't getting enough voltage to pump
enough gas.....like I said...I farfetched shot in the dark.....
