[urq] minor electrical gremlins

   Yes, but the wiring should be very similar.  If by "jumper" you mean 
you can run a short wire between the ground and either of the other 
wires at the sensor and the fan comes on, it would seem to indicate 
that your problem is the temp switch.  I had to replace mine when I 
first bought my car.
   Now, as to the location of your fan relays, I don't know what to tell 
you.  It's probably better than the location on pre-84 cars though.
