[urq] West Coast UPG

   I would as well, right now I've made my goal getting the car to the 
point that it can road trip to Portland over the July 4 weekend for the 
blues festival.  I figure if it can do Missoula, MT -> Portland, OR it 
can probably do San Francisco as well.  It would seem that San Fran, 
Portland and the greater Denver area would be the only sensible 
locations for such a get together.
