[urq] West Coast UPG

I'd be all over a WC UPG.  As I've said before, I would seriously like to
make the CT trip next year, so a WC UPG is even mor edo-able.  Frankly I'd
prefer it _not_ to be in Denver, but somewhere with somewhat of a road trip
involved.  Vegas Baby!

This may not appeal to most people, but personally I'd love it to be
somewhere scenic, preferably comfortable temps where there are some fun
roads nearby where we could do a out and back day trip one day and a park
and chit chat the other....

just thoughts....
