[urq] West Coast UPG

I for one would definitely try to take my car on a 1 day, but probably not to 
the coast (read 2 day), and I _really_ want to do this, and meet a bunch of 
new URQ-heads.
For some reason my car seems to know when we are going to be with a bunch of 
other Urq's and it gets a bit of an infiriority complex and refuses to come 
out and play nice.
