The date that won the poll is Saturday, June 12th. We had 32 members sign up to cast thier vote on the yahoo group, and 44 votes total, the 12th taking 34.09% of the votes, or 15 total. 

FWIW, May 15th:22.73%, 10 votes
           June 5th: 15.91%, 7 votes
           June 19th:27.27%, 12 votes
 
  I will do the catering again the year, same plan as last year. 
 $20 per person, 10 days in advance, for rentals, shopping and preparation. Paypal is fine, check/money order is ok too. BYOB, I'll bring sodas and bottled water.

The closest motel is: 
Econo-Lodge.( same place, different name as last year)
We need 10 rooms to get $10 off each room from last year. I will put it in my name. When you make the reservation, put it under "Gary Browns Block", and do so by May 31st.  
  I'm working on the menu now, should be as good as last years!! Bring a cooler and containers for some left overs if you want.
