[urq] UrQ After run Radiator Fan

   On a related note:  after I finally tracked down the gremlins that 
were causing my radiator fan to not run (shorted wire behind the fuse 
panel in an 83) I've noticed that the fan does indeed run after the car 
has been shut off.  The PO told me he never had any electrical work 
done to it (he was the only other person to own the car) so I'm 
wondering how this could be?  My VIN falls well before the 
"83-and-a-half" mark when they began moving fuse boxes and the like.
