[urq] UrQ After run Radiator Fan

The '84 urq uses the same 3-pin fan switch as many of the later cars,
including '91 200 20V which has the afterrun feature.  Any after-run mod
will not include switching this part....

Yep, there is this relay, called something like "fan time relay", or
something like that...I'm considering doing the same on my early 4kq.

I think you'd also have to swap the rad. fan switch to the later 3-pin
style.

Last I checked, http://www.importpartsauthority.com/ had them in stock...
