[urq] early style pneumatic diff lock knobs

You could try #111 941 541 B - don't know if it's still available. It was
fitted to very early vac lock Ur-qs and was similar to your description,
almost 'T' shaped in cross-section.
Think that they were only available in brown.
The early cars had a different lock valve (two-way instead of three-way) so
can't say if the knobs are the same thread.
