[urq] early style pneumatic diff lock knobs

I have something different (and preferable) in my '84 4Kq, and
color matched to the rest of the trim...I'll try to remember to
get a pic of it.

However, your JPEG shows the thing I just picked up, ring in the
face and everything.  I haven't attached it yet, but it sure seems
like it won't be as easy to use in hurried circumstances.
