[urq] Wavy rear valence

If the rear is like the front, the top of the valence is glued to a 
sheetmetal stiffening plate. On my car, I just put some 3M automotive 
double side tape between the plate and the valence. No more waves.

Does anybody know if it's possible to get rid of the waves on the upper 
portion (above bumper) of the rear valence?  Mine's just getting worse....
