[urq] Wavy rear valence

yeah I think I still have those.  One on ech side, glued to the car adn
supposed to support the valence. They are barely visible at the most inboard
area from the valence, if that makes sense.

Should I try stuffing some more stuff under there?

Louis -Alain, I think. suggested adhesive - in this case Idon't thaink that
will work because the valence looks like it should maybe be kinda floating
above the sheet metal.
