[urq] play in steering rack?

... no BTDT, but ISTR reading in the Bentley that there is an adjustment for
the rack and pinion ... so I would think the answer is yes.  Refer to
Bentley for more info.  As you indicated it also might well be in the tie
rods or the mounting of the rack to the unibody ...
