[urq] Any hi efficiency tail light bulbs around to compensate for bad wiring?

My rear left turn signal is putting out about one
candle power.  My too busy mechanics 70 miles away
says it's probably a voltage drop that will take him
some time to track down.  Plus I have to improve the
drive days/shop days ratio on this car - which is
about .25 and dropping.  Are there any high-tech
efficient bulbs I could use that would be a lot
brighter on my meager voltage?
