No, you need to address the voltage drop, easy to do with a dvom, if you
know how to use one. mine are getting dimmer on my '83VW and my '83Bitch, I
am gonna address my bitch this weekend, hopefully they have the same
problem, though their CEB(Central Electric Board, aka fuse relay panel) is
totally different. Bill
