[urq] Any hi efficiency tail light bulbs around to compensate forbad wiring?

My car had intermittent connections at the bulb tabs inside the light
cluster.  A meter set on continuity would beep on and off as you pushed the
tabs down.  Drove down to the local hardware store, drilled some holes
through the circuit traces into the tabs and put some sheet metal screws in.
Lights are bright now.

I tried the grounding lug trick first, but that didn't change the fact that
my lights were really dim, they were just a little less dim.
