[urq] NAC: Oil level in an oil pan

Should not happen. That's why cars nowadays have windage trays. Don't want
oil starvation or oil foaming. And if the crank is moving at any rate and
oil level is such that it's touching, it will foam the oil. Not good.
That's why you're not supposed to overfill the oil!
