[urq] brake system interchangeability

I'll try to keep it fairly short - but some of the details are fun as we _are _car people....

I have access to a 1984 BMW Eurospec 735i that is being parted out - (Here are the fun details - skip down if you don't want the fluff - My FiL was driving his beloved '87 535is through the neighborhood and went too fast through a dip - cracked his oil pan. Apparently they couldn't find a used one anywhere local and new is $$$. My MiL had been driving said Eurospec (German) '84 735i and its kinda beat up, but the motor runs like a champ. So they bought her a Camry and now he's swapping the Eurospec motor into his 535is. I have access to anything on the 735.)

The 735 appears to have the same brake/power steering system as the Urq. It has the same (appears identical at first glance) reservoir, has a bomb, they just spent like $700 fixing or replacing some brake system component- he's not sure what but when I mentioned "brake servo" he said it sounded familiar. The power steering and brakes are inter connected - just like the urq

Can anyone tell me which parts will or should swap into the urq? Or which parts I should snag just in case? This could be a good source of spares, it seems.

Also, does anybody know a good BMW List ala Audifans where we can sell off other parts? Anybody know somebody interested in Eurospec early 80's 7-series parts? All switches, controls, etc are in German It has the good Euro bumpers...funny to hear about other cars who want Euro bumpers.....

Thanks-

Brandon
