[urq] Weak spark

OK.  So I thought I'd figured out what was up with my fool pump (felt like ignition retarding as boost went up, but was increasingly happening at lower engine speeds under WOT (3500 rpm) -- but today the car wouldn't start -- either before or after the relay mod.  It caught for a second and then no more.  So I suspected ignition.  Had someone else crank the car (healthy battery and starter) and removed the #1. cyl plug to check for spark and it was extremely weak.  11 volts get to the hall sending unit and the coil seems to check out OK using the rudimentary tests -- but I still suspect it.  Anything else that would give me a very weak spark?
