[urq] Weak spark

Thanks, Brandon.  Did it at Steamboat (actually used pieces from Lawson.
Will replace cap and rotor, definitely.  As to Coil -- maybe MSD?  Thought I
had a spare coil around here somewhere, but no.  Can any coil be used to
check?
