Yeah, but try to collect a refund from PayPal.  If the transaction isn't
immediate, and if PayPal can't extract the funds from the original
recipient's bank account because of lack of funds in that account, PayPal
won't bother telling you that unless you bug them for months and then they
will do  nothing about trying again to collect.  They just tell you you're
on your own.  And good luck.
