[urq] Distributor/Hall Sensor connectors

Middle is signal out on Audi Hall sensors and Reluctance sensors
Grab a Multimeter and check for voltage on the red wire.  If its got 
voltage and the green does not.  Then the REd goes to + and the green is 
signal back to the computer.
