[urq] rear bumper shock

Not sure if we're seeing some duplicate, delayed posting by the server or if
Jim still needs a response...so here goes.

The way I did it was remove the bumper (should be much easier on your '83
than it was on my '84), remove the shocks.  I believe there is a nut on the
shock, undo it then the shock can be unscrewed from itself, leaving two
halves.  One has the long rod with th end threaded, you'll need a die to
thread this down pretty much all the way - that way you just screw the shock
into itself further - hence bringing the bumper into the body.  This is
fully reversible in the future.  The further you screw the shock down, the
more crash protection you lose.  This method does not bring the bumper in
all the way, but maybe an inch or so out still, IME.

Here's my Registry pic - which shows the rear bumper pretty well to give you
an idea how far this method will push it in.
