... the brake warning light flicker is probably low fluid in the brake
fluid reservoir ... 

... rear wiper/washer ... I'd start with the switch on the stalk ...
well, actually, first I'd make sure that it wasn't a fuse ... if both
wiper and washer are non-functional it is pointing to something at the
supply end ... if I had my wiring diagrams here I'd be able to be more
specific, but alas I don't ...

If the fuel gauge tends to cut out at a particular fuel level I'd agree
that it is the sender ... otherwise I think you are correct about
suspecting the flex PCB on the instrument cluster.  Had something
similar on my former 4kQ ... turned out to be a hairline fracture in a
trace from the voltage regulator to the gauge ... on that one it was a
bit easier to isolate because the car had a temp gauge that was
intermittent as well ...
