[urq] misc wiring issues.

Check "easy" first-
Re: brake warning light. check switch on handbrake lever. Then low level
switch in reservoir. The various pressure swithes near bomb.
Re: Rear wash wipe will almost certainly be the time delay relay. Locate and
"jump" terminals to confirm motor and switch OK
Re: Fuel guage - ground the wire from the sender and the gauge should go all
over to it's stop (full). If it does then gauge is OK and sender is the
problem. The senders can often be resurected with careful cleaning and
fee-ing off.
