[urq] Head bolt weirdo

Problem solved.

Neither the set we replaced nor our first new set were original Audi.
Original bolts and washers behave as you describe.

The set we replaced were made by the same manufacturer that makes Audi's
bolts - they are stamped "Italy" with a maker's code. But the shanks are
only 10mm and the washers pretty well captive.

The first new set were similar dimensions but had no maker's marks - just
three raised triangles on the lip. Also semi-captive washers. They're a
different colour - lighter - and just feel different.

The second new set is original Audi. Marked "Italy" with the same maker's
mark as the set we first took off but with 11mm shanks - so we had to get
some original Audi washers to fit them.

The guy who did the final 180 degree tightening said there was no
comparison - the Audi bolts were much harder to torque up.

The engine has obviously been worked on in the past - the big end caps have
been ground off to some extent.
