[urq] Cruise control vacuum+electrical switch removal

It was my understanding that they "push" in, not screw in. And to
remove them you effectively destroy the ridges that hold them in pace.
I thought Audi recommended replacing them if you remove them.
Otherwise you have the problem of the swtich constantly backing out of
the hole and a loss of brake lights or cruise control, depending on
the switch in question.
