[urq] Instrument Cluster Switch Illumination

Yup.  Older style switches were also used on the 'regular' 4000/Q through
'84 and were dark brown with a smooth finish.  The later ones are black and
textured -- more in keeping with the style of the 5k/100/200/V8 switches...
