[urq] Crankcase vent hose

My 85 WX crankcase has a hemispherical section 054 103 129 A pressed into
the block.  This connects to a metal tube which, in turn, connects into the
multiway rubber connector which attaches to the valve cover.  The
hemispherical section and metal tube are connected with a short length of
rubber hose which I cannot see in the parts diagram.  Does anyone have the
part number or a recommendation as to what I could substitute - its hot and
oily down there and the previous connector had disintegrated.  OD of the
metal tubes is 18 mm but the hose needs to be flexible enough to pass over
the flared section which is 19.5 mm OD.
