Me to: [urq] exhaust turbine hitting housing???

WHen boost goes over 10psi I get a ringing metalic
sound as if someone was pushing a tree into a 24"
sawblade at the lumbermill.  Your sound is also
metalic right?  This was particularly noticable when
the sound was bouncing off the concrete median of a
highway, windows down.  SOmeone suggested to me it
might be a crack in the wastegate downpipe.    My
turbo is a  fresh audi rebuild - so I'm hoping it's
not really the turbo.
